I’ve been running the last two days and the ankle is doing much better. Today felt a lot better then yesterday and after a mile things felt like it was back to normal. The only thing I’ve notice is when I plant to make a turn the ankle is a little sensitive with the extra pressure against the side of the shoe. But the plan is to do couple more short easy runs this weekend and then get back to the regular training plan starting on Monday.
